Auditorium Director
Austin Lundsford
Austin is acting Auditorium Director and has been with SHS for 1 year. Austin is a graduate of SHS working in our school IMC and pursuing a BA in English and Theatre Education. In addition, Austin is one of our drama club sponsors. Outside of the theatre, Austin is a Disney and Harry Potter enthusiast. His favorite travel destination is Walt Disney World.

Co-Chair/ Choir Director
Jaclyn Richardson
Jacki has been teaching at SHS for 4 years. She is our choir teacher and one of our drama club sponsors. Jacki graduated from University of Indianapolis in 2011 with a BA in Music and Music Education. In her free time, Jacki is a broadway and Disney enthusiast who has an unhealthy obsession with McAlister's.

Band Director
Jeff Maupin
Jeff has been teaching at SHS for 1 year. Jeff is a graduate of Ball State University. He earned his BA in Music Education. Jeff is also marching band director here at SHS. One interesting fact about Jeff is that he once performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon!

Instrumental Director
John McBurney
John has been teaching at SHS for 3 years. He is our guitar club sponsor. John graduated from Geneva College in 1991 with a BS in Music Education and a BA in Piano Performance. John's fun fact is that he grew up in Kansas, Canada and Northern Ireland. He also graduated from the same high school as James Naismith, the inventor of basketball.

Theatre Director
Caleb Francis
Caleb is the newest member of our team. This is his first year teaching at SHS. Caleb graduated from Ball State University with a BA in Theatre Education.

Co-Chair/ Orchestra Director
Thomas Wright
Thomas Has been teaching here at SHS for 7 years. Thomas graduated from Butler University in 1998 with a BA in Music Education. Thomas offers private lessons to students and is co- chair of our performing arts department. One fun fact about Thomas is that he is a graduate of SHS class of 1993!
